Official Nike France away match worn rugby shirt from the Six Nations Championship match vs Italy. The game was played at Stade de France on 1st April, 2000. The jersey was worn by the French international and Toulouse forward, Hugues Miorin. The shirt was swapped with his opponent, Wim Visser after the final whistle and subsequently purchased by ourselves. A signed letter of confirmation will also be included with the jersey, as well as an original match day program from the game.
This is Nike's 'player issue' version of the jersey, as worn by the elite players. It features an upgraded material mix aimed at increased durability & flexibility, and reinforced stitching around the seams.
It also has 'match prepared' features in the embroidered 'Italie 2000' details above the crest, on the upper chest, and #18 sewn on to the back of the jersey in official numbering.
The condition of this original rugby jersey is 7/10 - Good (match worn, so features marks and wear from the game). The player had the long sleeves cut off (see photos).
